Christmas Returns

To ensure you can gift Herdy products with confidence this Christmas 2023, we have extended our usual limit for returns just for the festive season. Any unwanted or unsuitable gift bought between 1st November 2023 and 24th December 2023 can now be returned up until 31st January 2024. All other terms and conditions apply.

International Delivery - PLEASE NOTE: we are currently unable to ship to Europe and Canada.

*During very busy periods some orders may be delivered outside of the advised timeframe. Due to Warehouse closure, deliveries are not despatched between Christmas and New Year.

For Channel Islands VAT willl be deducted during the checkout process.

N.B. We are unable to ship to BFPO addresses.

Duty Payments

Please note: Goods delivered to some destinations may be liable for import duty, taxes, levies and other charges imposed locally. The recipient of the goods is responsible for all such charges, and will receive a separate request for payment. If you are ordering goods to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware that they will be liable for them. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs might be. We advise that you check for charges that may apply in any country before ordering goods for import.

Returns Policy

We want you to love the Herdy products you have purchased from us! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return items within 30 days of purchase* for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Clothing items must be in their original condition and retain their original garment tags. Certain items such as earrings and Facemasks are excluded for hygiene reasons, unless the items are faulty. Please check with our Customer Service team for more information.

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning your item.

*Pre-Order items must be returned within 30 days of despatch

Online Returns

To return an online order please complete a returns form (below). To ensure your returned items are safely received, please pack with adequate protection to prevent damage in transit, as we're unable to refund items that are damaged on arrival. We also recommend sending via Royal Mail Signed For®. Please note that we unable to refund returns postage costs for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.

In-store Purchases

You can return items that were purchased in-store at any one of our Herdy stores. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and with a valid receipt. Items returned with a gift receipt are only eligible for exchange or gift card of equivalent value. Items returned without a receipt will only be credited at the current value. Items returned outside of our 30 days returns period can only be exchanged for alternative items up to the current value or a gift voucher.

If you're unable to return an item to store, please call our Customer Service team to arrange a postal refund or return.
