The estimated dispatch date for the coronation mugs/tea towel is mid to late April (this is subject to change). We will contact customers with any updates via email and you can also email our Customer Service team for an update at any time.

Yes, the two coronation mugs plus the tea towel will all be limited editions. The mugs will come complete with a collector’s gift box. The edition of each item will be limited to the number of pre-orders we receive. After this edition, there will be no further production of these items.

You can cancel your order within the two-week pre-order period. Once this period of time is over and your order is in production, you cannot cancel your order. Once your order has been delivered, our standard returns policy will apply.

There is no limit to how many coronation mugs and tea towels you can order.

Unfortunately, our pre-order system will only allow you to check out with pre-ordered items in your basket. If you wish to purchase other items from Herdy, you will need to order these separately. Your pre-order will be shipped, once available, using our standard UK or international shipping services.

We encourage pre-ordering via our website as this will ensure you receive automatic updates about your order. We are, however, able to take orders over the phone, if you prefer.

Yes, you can place your pre-order in any of our four Lake District stores from Tuesday 24th January. You can select either home delivery or store pick-up. For details of our store locations click here.

Yes. If you order multiples of the same item or a mix of pre-order items, you will receive them all in the same delivery. If you decide to pre-order one of each coronation item you will qualify for free delivery!
